1. Free shipping on all orders over $149 Australia wide
The Scrub Store provides free standard shipping on all orders over $149. This will automatically be included on your order at checkout. Alternatively, you will have the option at checkout to choose and pay for Express Post. Please note the $149 is calculated after any discounts have been applied.
2. Orders $148.99 and under will be charged at a carrier calculated rate
For all orders $148.99 and under, shipping cost will be calculated by Australia Post based on weight and location. You will have the option of Standard or Express Post*.
3. International flat rate shipping of $20
The Scrub Store provides international shipping to New Zealand only at a flat rate of $20. Note The Scrub Store does not ship to any other countries.
4. Order Processing (Lead) Time
All orders (unless otherwise stated) have a 10 business day processing lead time. This time begins from the business day immediately following your order being placed and does not include weekends, NSW public holidays and Christmas Closures. A list of NSW public holidays can be found here.
4a. Products that say Express Dispatch
Items purchased from the Express Dispatch collection have a processing time of 2 Business Days. This time begins from the business day immediately following your order being placed and does not include weekends, NSW public holidays and Christmas closure times. A list of NSW public holidays can be found here
It is important to note that this applies only to the products that indicate Express Dispatch. Should you have any additional items on your order, these will be processed under our standard 10 business day processing lead time as they are ordered in specifically for your order from a warehouse in California.
4b. Group Ordering
If you use a group ordering code (see group ordering page for full details) your order will be processed based on the longest product lead time. For example, if you order all express dispatch items, your order will fall into the express dispatch processing time. If you order all stand dispatch or a combination of express and standard, your order will have the 10 business day lead time.
Order Delivery
The Scrub Store orders will be dispatched from our NSW Distribution Centre within 10 business days of your order. As we use a third party courier (Australia Post) we cannot guarantee the timeframe in which it will then be delivered to your nominated address. You will be provided via email, tracking details for your order and we encourage you to contact the courier directly should you have any questions regarding delivery timeframes.
Express Post
The Scrub Store offers the option to pay for Express Post at checkout. It is important to note this does NOT expedite your order. Processing times will remain the same it is only relevant to the delivery time once dispatched.
Christmas
The Scrub Store is an online ordering platform available 24/7, 365 days a year for you to place your order. That being said, during December we advertise dates that we recommend your order is placed by for your best chance of pre-Christmas Dispatch. This is usually around the first week of December. Orders placed after this cut off date will be dispatched, if possible, prior to the warehouse closure or upon return in the new year.
